The low-set clip-ons have you stretching forward, straining your neck, the seat has enough space for you to find a comfortable spot to relieve some of the strain. Also, holding the throttle open for extended periods results in an unnatural position of the wrist and is painful after a while. So, you can go for long rides but it might bother you to take a break due to its aggressive riding position. At speeds of around 100kmph in sixth gear, the R15 feels relaxed with the tachometer showing 7000rpm. There’s, however, a buzz coming through the handlebars at around 5000rpm and again at around 8000rpm which can be a bother over long distances. But aside from those two points, refinement is pretty good for the most part.

It's a track racing bike, technically it's comfortable coz bike doesn't heat too much and it has a 6speed gear box which will never make you feel that you are riding a 150CC segment bike and it's aerodynamics are awesome... But you'll feel pain in shoulders and back aa it's riding posture is very aggressive. An average person can not ride it constantly more than 50 KMs.

Yes, but only for highway cruising. you need to maintain a good riding posture by not applying too much pressure on the handle bar.

The R15 V2 has very committed ergonomics that is suited more for the racetrack than long-distance highway touring. So no, it will not be comfortable on the highway.

Nope. Your shoulders might start paining with your back too. It is not meant for long drives, you wouldn't have any problem for short distances.
