• Q. I travel with my wife on Apache RTR 160 daily for 60-70 kms, mostly on highway. I am planning on purchasing a bike which would be comfortable & low maintenance. 1) Considering the above distance, what type of bike should I purchase? I was planning on Jawa 42 2.1, CB 350/350 RS, Meteor or should I wait for Hunter 350?For me low maintenance is more important than an engine which THUMPS. 2) Are there any other bikes apart from the above 4, which would be suitable for me?Also, I have a budget of ₹2-2.5 lakhs.?

As per your requirements, we would suggest you go for Meteor 350 as it gives a mileage of 41.88kmpl and the healthy fuel efficiency, 10,000km oil-change intervals and 5000km/6 month service inspections make it more endearing. We would also suggest you could also consider Himalayan as it gives the mileage of 37.8kmpl and has a low maintenance cost. Moreover, we would suggest you to take a test ride of all four bikes to know about the performance and comfort better, follow the link. As a cb 350 rs If pillion riding comfort is also a concern cb 350 rs will not be a good option also Java 42 2.1 isn't much better because it also has a stiffer suspension setup and lowest ground clearance , refinement and fuel economy among the three you mentioned so meteor 350 will be perfect allrounder for all your need mentioned like pillion comfort ,less maintenance cost

Royal Enfield just attract. Bikes often break.Himalayan often broke. Build quality of Royal Enfield are not up to standard.Go for Java or Honda . Honda in perticular because hinda services everywhere. Jawa is not everywhere
