    Bro sorry for late reply.. So about your question i have solution me too i am from darjeeling so during winter my as well the temperature drops more than -10 so for that u can do one thing like u shuld own a garage or u can keep in safe place in were it wont get foggy at night time so like that u wont get any problem with self start.

    I don't think there is a problem in start bike at any temperature
