You can change the handle bar of the bike in a custom shop according your comfort. That is the easy way rather than changing the whole bike. Please search online or go to shops where off market accessories are available.

I dont think that ridding Standard instead of Classic will help you in curing shoulder pain, you must consult a doctor or you can change your stock handle bar with the one that you are comfortable with.

Yes because of the handle bar & Position in classic. Then go Standard 350 or change handle bar in classic 350 .
