I have been using bajaj discover 100 along with this HONDA shine. So i can tell you about riding quality and mileage. Bajaj bike gives Mileage when it is new or recently serviced also if you have pillion rider with you then forget the constant avegare . But this is not with HONDA bikes. Also smooth engine with no vibration is plus point of HONDA SHINE

Definitely Honda is Honda which is meant for its reliability. I would not recomment against bajaj but u can go for hero/TVs/yamaha...
