Front breaks are too good. If you do not use bike often then rear brakes may loose the grip/air and it will act like ordinary drum brakes. This become frustrating because one starts to loose confidence. Both are disc brakes and you do not need to change disk pads so often. ABS (electronic and manual were not available at least till 2017 so I am not sure Bajaj has sourced ABS in new gen 220 bikes.)

The underpinnings of the Pulsar 220 include a telescopic front fork and twin 5-step preload-adjustable gas-charged shock absorbers along with a 280mm front disc with single-channel ABS and a 230mm rear disc. Its 17-inch alloy wheels come wrapped with 90-section front and 120-section rear tubeless tyres.

  • Power-packed Performance Cruiser

The Bajaj Pulsar 220 F projects itself as an epitome of speed within the Pulsar range, thereby providing the intended thrill and a sleek look. Armed with a 220cc powerplant, this model takes high performance seriously and it sounds insane when this bad boy is pushing full throttle. The engine is so potent that it rewards you with high speeds and ultra light weight. The ravaging style, which is decorated by a wolf-eyed headlamp and a muscular tank, provokingly catches all eyes .

  • Great Bike

The design and styling of this bike are iconic, turning heads wherever it goes. Its large size gives the impression of a big sports bike, offering a commanding presence on the road. The wide rear tire enhances confidence when navigating curves, while the soft suspension ensures comfort during long-distance tours. Its mid-range engine performance proves useful for highway cruising. However, it falls short in terms of modern features and feels somewhat outdated compared to its rivals. The 5-speed gearbox can feel strained at times, detracting from the overall experience.

  • iconic bike The Bajaj Pulsar 220 F

Having ridden the Bajaj Pulsar 220 F for over a year I can confidently say it is built for the thrill seekers. The 220 cc engine is powerful making highway rides exhilarating. Its sporty look turns heads and the seating position is comfortable for both the rider and the pillion making it an excellent choice for long rides. However this bike is not without its faults. Its fuel efficiency is a bit on the lower side especially if you are someone who leans heavily on the throttle. Despite these issues the Pulsar 220 F stands out as a fantastic sport bike.
