Long drives no issue with ns200's liquid cooled engine,,,,distance covered depends on your fitness...have done vadodara mumbai in 6 hours without a glitch....

Easily possible as far as distance stays you can easily cruise at 120 and if you take 10hrs of trip (i.e. about 7 hrs in travelling because you'll need good stops to rest the body unless you have another person to drive) that makes 840km

Bro u can cover 1000+km in one day Bike doesn't face any issue just remember to top up engine oilI travel 300km in just 3:30hrs by maintaining 130kmph speed

Number of KMs covered is directly proportional to the fitness of rider. I have done 400+ KMs in 7 hours and no heating or vibration issues.

Yes.you can and you can cover upto 700-900 km ,it's depend on the road condition plus weather
