    Answer is simple one is Japan brand and one is Indian, Japanese engines are known for its reliability(Hondas are especially known for their engine refinements, quality and reliability). price makes it competitive..it's all about pricing strategy which is currently going on in India like who sells cheaper than whom , People who likes honda still buys honda for what they are likewise some are very price focused buys cheaper product.
