It will be challenging ride. But you can manage it while getting experienced in RE Himalayan. The bike has a weight of 195kgs. That will be a challenging weight for 5.3ft height.

It will be difficult, but sure. You can. The himalayan seems tall but it actually isn't. The weight is the deciding factor here. 200 kilos of pure royal enfield.

  • Adventures with My Royal Enfield Himalayan

The Royal Enfield Himalayan has been my faithful companion on many adventures since the day I bought it. Designed for both the highways and the hilly terrains it has lived up to its name. The 411cc engine provides enough power (24.3 bhp and 32 Nm of torque) to tackle almost any road or lack thereof. Its average fuel efficiency of around 30 kmpl strikes a good balance between performance and economy. What impresses me the most is its off road capabilities coupled with comfort. Whether it has a long highway stretch or an unpaved mountain path the Himalayan takes it on with ease.

  • Adventure Companion: Royal Enfield Himalayan

After months of waiting I finally got my hands on the Royal Enfield Himalayan. It has been a year of riding through cityscapes and rugged terrains and here is my long term user perspective. The Himalayan with its 411cc engine, delivering 24.3 bhp and 32 Nm of torque is a beast on the roads and a reliable partner off them. Its suspension and seat comfort stand out making long rides a breeze. However it is not without its down points. The weight (199 kg) can be a bit much to handle for new riders specially in city traffic.

Royal Enfield Himalayan is such a marvellous bike model that has become so popular these days for its convenience and smooth operation. So many people have this bike on their wishlists and so did I and that is why I went to purchase this as soon as it was launched. Its price will range between high numbers and is great besides being a bit expensive. The mileage is good and so is the ground clearance. I have got the jet black colour bike which looks quite attractive.
