    Hey there,I faced the same .But it is not bike problem.Let me guide you through the steps.First of all start your bike and hold the left side button for sometime until it displays set mph mode then toggle through options and stop at bluetooth and click on right side button.then open tvs app and connect.passcode will be shown on your bike.You can also refer to TVs rtr 200 manual online by downloading it .same procedure.
