6.4 doesn't matters coz it's a cruiser u can comfortably sit and place ur foot .And also u have enough height it increase the confidence more to have superb handling on Thunderbird..just make a test drive.sure u ll be mad at comfortable.

Yes it is. I am 6'1" and find it very comfortable. you can modify the handlebars to make it comfortable for your riding position also
