- All three bikes are good in their own forte. Honda Hornet 2.0 is a very likeable motorcycle with great handling dynamics and a frugal engine. The presence of bits such as the USD fork and LED lighting gives it that premium feel but the lack of engine excitement does put a damper on spirits. On the other hand, the Yamaha FZ 25 is powered by a 249 cc engine. This FZ 25 engine generates a power of 20.8 PS @ 8000 rpm and a torque of 20.1 Nm @ 6000 rpm. The new motorcycle gets an LED headlamp and tail lamp. The bike’s negative LCD display shows the real-time mileage apart from the regular trove of information. Another new feature in the BS6 model is the side-stand engine cutoff function. The FZ25 BS6’s premium variant, the FZS 25, gets knuckle guards, a longer windscreen, alloy wheels in the gold finish, and more premium colour options. And Honda CB300F is an amazing bike, it looks muscular and it offers a powerful which is good for long riders. The 2023 Honda CB300F gets a 293cc air-oil-cooled, single-cylinder engine producing 24.47PS at 7,500rpm and 25.6Nm at 5,500rpm. The updated model’s engine is now BS6.2 and OBD-2 compliant. On the other hand, the Ronin is surely a brave new step for TVS. But despite the premium features and hardware, it does not entirely qualify as a jack-of-all-trades. It’s a well-rounded urban motorcycle dispatching city commutes with ease, but on the open road, it lacks oomph. Whereas, Jawa 42 is powered by a 293 cc engine. This 42 engine generates a power of 27. 33 PS and a torque of 27.02 Nm. Jawa has kept a minimal approach. It has equipped the 42 with an analogue speedometer, fuel gauge, and a small digital patch for the odometer readings while skipping the gear indicator and tachometer. Even the headlight and indicators use bulbs to keep the retro appeal flowing. Moreover, we would suggest you to take a test ride before making the final decision. - As per your requirements, we'd suggest you to go with the Dominar 250. Apart from its accessible price tag, the Dominar 250 does one thing right -- it is fit to purpose. The 250cc motor may feel boring on the KTM, but it works beautifully on the Dominar especially when you combine it with its comfortable touring ergonomics. The seating stance is nearly upright with only a slight forward slant, the 800mm seat height makes for an easy reach, the wide handlebars are set fairly high and even the footpegs aren’t too rear set, making for a comfortable riding position. - There are ample options available i.e. Hero Splendor Plus, Honda Shine, TVS Raider, Bajaj Pulsar 150, Revolt RV400, Yamaha FZS-FI V3, Suzuki Gixxer, etc. Choosing one will depend on several factors such as budget, fuel type, brand preference, seating comfort, specific feature requirements, etc. Click on the given link and apply filters in order to check out [new bikes@https://www.zigwheels.com/new_bike_search.html?sortfield=popularity
- As per your requirement, we would suggest you go for TVS Apache RTR 160 4V. In the city, the RTR is just as frugal as before, however, it does burn a bit more fuel out on the highway. That’s probably because we maintained slightly higher speeds out on the highway since the motor felt more at ease, leading to it being a little less efficient. The extra performance does have a ripple effect on the refinement level, but it’s nothing alarming. If anything, the mild vibes kicking in while wringing the throttle make the bike feel more alive, which brings back memories from the older carb model -- a bike that was revered by almost everyone who rode it.
