Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 Overview

Must Read Questions & Answers Before Buying Interceptor 650
- Honestly you may afford it, but it is not the best thing to invest in. Mileage would be a max of 30kmpl meaning depending on how much you ride, more frequent visits to the refueling station. also royal enfield service costs are comparatively higher than other motorcycles in my experience and they require specialists to do its service. If this is your sole family income I would suggest you not to go for it. But if you are a motorcycle enthusiast then go for it. : By Tanay | 6 months ago
- Think twice before you do it as it is not an ordinary re350 more over it depends on your living as far as I'm concerned I'm only having a milage around 20 in city it is too low for an average person to afford but its power is awesome good compared to other re if you are interested in it then go for it đđ : By SREEHARI | 6 months ago
- I agree with you, Tanay.. This is not a workhorse type of bike. For my daily bread City runs I use my TVS Jupiter. My left hand is totally comfortable, not having to press a clutch in city traffic. The Interceptor would be a bike to get out of the city on. A pleasure ride no doubt. : By Harsha | 6 months ago
- Here, Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 would be a better pick. At its heart is an all-new 648cc parallel twin, counterbalanced engine with air- and oil-cooling. Producing 47.6PS @ 7100rpm, and 52Nm @ 5200rpm, power is transferred to the rear wheel via a new 6-speed transmission with assist and slipper clutch. Though the engine is reasonably modern, the motorcycle has run-of-the-mill underpinnings: telescopic forks up front and twin shock absorbers at the rear. A large 320mm front disc and a 240mm rear disc with dual-channel ABS are offered as standard. And talking about weight, the Interceptor should be about 213kg roughly, which means it is some 20kg heavier than a Classic 350. But the light steering means that in city traffic you only a feel a bit of the heft. That said, its weight will feel a lot more apparent if youâre going to be moving the bike around in a parking lot. But is that a dealbreaker? No way! And to be fair, persons with short height will appreciate that at 804mm, while the seat height isnât ultra low, itâs quite easy to manage the bike. : By Zigwheels | 10 months ago
- Please don't compare both are entirely different .If you interested in racing or speed/Thrill ride /sporty , peppy , speedy ride go for 400 . Stable , Solid , Commanding ride position means go for interceptor 650 . solid plaint ride with very good amount of power with road presence go interceptor 650 . Both seat height is between 800 mm & 804 mm it will suit for you. : By Uppiliappan | 10 months ago
- If you have budget... Go for 650. As this bikes can't be compared with each another. Mileage also is a point to be considered where Dominar will be very economical in the city as compared to 650. But a twin cylinder speaks for itself. Go get a test ride for the 5.4" height concerns. : By Pranav | 10 months ago
- Its around 2700 which includes the cost of 3.5L engine oil and the oil filter. If you have any other parts to be replaced it will be more. : By Manoj | 3 weeks ago
- 2800 OR LESS ACCORDING TO THE SERVICE CENTRE AT DIFFERENT REGIONS : By Gowri | 2 months ago
- Rs.2700 for 1st service . : By Uppiliappan | 3 months ago
- No not at all advisable. The foot pegs/Rest are elevated .The engine power , Braking will imbalance the pillion rider and affect the rider. Every time we should caution the pillion rider about the dual exhausts before he sits.We should be very careful with the silencer/Exhausts because in seconds it will burn our foot , Knuckle & calf . Moreover INT 650 is not comfortable for pillion rider. If so then pillion rider should wear full boots . : By Uppiliappan | 3 months ago
- Not suggestable for one sided pillion sitting because of upswept exhaust : By Anirban | 3 months ago
- Yes you can go for it : By Mriganka | 3 months ago
- It would be difficult to give any verdict here as it hasn't been launched. So, we would suggest you to wait till its launch. : By Zigwheels | 1 year ago
- Silver , Black , orange crush area same price. Dual color is Rs.7000 more , Chrome model is 20,000 more : By Uppiliappan | 9 months ago
- I think it would be for 3.3 to 3.5 lakhs expected showroom. : By Nishanth | 1 year ago
- On my 500 km service i paid Say Rs.2679 for oil change & OIl filter change without labor charge. In 10,000 km paid service so Oil & Oil Filter = Rs.2700 + Air filter Rs.600 + Labor Rs.1000 = Rs. 4300 . The above no wear & tear parts are included. : By Uppiliappan | 8 months ago
- I haven't get it serviced at 10000, I haven't ridden till the above km : By Dharmendra | 5 months ago
- Approx 3000 to 4000 + additional work if any. : By Ashok | 6 months ago
