Q. Should I buy the Kawasaki ninja zx-10r or Kawasaki ninja 1000? I will be riding average 8 km per day on Indian roads?

The Ninja ZX-10RR is a more powerfull and track focussed bike than the Ninja ZX-10R. Thats the reason it does not get a pillion seat. It also gets lightweight forged Marchesini wheels that reduce unspring weight. It gets stickier Pirelli Diablo Supercorsa SP tyres for even better grip. On the other hand, But it is where the real game starts. Whereas the Z1000 is a monster of a street fighter and the ZX-10R is a completely furious animal with frantic power surges, the Ninja 1000, though a wild machine, is a bit milder than ZX-10R thanks to its upright seating posture and a relaxed power delivery, which puts it straight in the category of a sports tourer, which can be a viable option for those riders who don’t want a seriously committed track machine, without compromising on the power and performance. So, as per your usage, Kawasaki Ninja 1000 would be a better pick as it has ampel of power (142 PS/111 Nm) for Indian roads. If we talk about its handeling, this is the particular department where the Ninja 1000 completely outshines the other two 1000cc bikes, ZX-10R and Z1000. Kawasaki has not given a fully committed leaned forward sporty stance for the Ninja 1000 like the ZX-10R, but instead has chosen a more comfortable riding posture for the rider, by offering a raised handlebar with nice feel palm grips and easily reachable rear set foot pegs. The tank cuts are positioned well enough to give knee recesses which can accommodate the rider comfortably. Moreover, we would suggest you to take a test ride in order to clear your all doubts. Q. Can you please help me with the maintenance cost of ZX10R, its going to be a great help to me in my buying decision. 1/2/3rd service cost + Insurance premium + general (Tyre/chainset) cost and availability in Delhi (India).

BRO "My zx10r is my brother and it is looking like a beast. And it is flying in air superb exhaust and many more features than other bike. This bike is cheapest in this series and it had a very good performance on race tracks. It is also good in city drives. It maintenance was not so high and excellent handling, superb brake and mind-blowing speed. It is also very comfortable in city rides as its comfort is very good................... Superb led headlights and tail lights. And engine sound is awesome and fabulous. And it have good mileage and nice looks and digital speed meter and have tubeless tyre and superb acceleration. Where does it fit in? The 2016 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R retails for Rs 18.2 lakh on the road in Mumbai. Its competition includes the Yamaha R1, which at Rs 26.9 lakh is quite pricey. The Honda CBR1000RR is bit more affordable (compared to the Yamaha) at Rs 20.3 lakh while the Suzuki GSXR1000 is almost at par with the Ninja at Rs 18.9 lakh. These are hardcore too, and almost equally track friendly and city phobic. There’s also the likes of the Aprilia RSV4 Factory and the Ducati 1299 Panigale that you might want to consider. However, you better have deep pockets for both these Italians are eye-wateringly expensive. review If you are going to be using the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R on a race track regularly, ABSOLUTELY, BUY IT! It will make a hero out of you. And it doesn’t matter whether you are a track god or just downright terrible on a track, it will be immensely satisfying for both. But, if you are buying one because you want a fast litre-class bike that you will end up using in the city or on straight highways, it’s pointless. And painful. And if you are a Kawasaki fan, you already have the 14R for all of that. my native pondicherry here on road price is ₹ 21,26,930 Anything else I should know? As with any litre-class supersport, the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R comes with a heavy dose of electronics. So much so that Kawasaki has split it into different headers. Under Power Technology, there’s the IMU, launch control, engine brake control, quick shifter, and power modes - F (Full) gives you 100 per cent, M (Middle) limits the power to 80 per cent, and L (low) cuts it down to 60 per cent.Under Handling Technology, the IMU makes reappearance along with traction control, intelligent ABS, cornering management and an electronic steering damper. maintenance cost of ZX10R: Tyre; Michelin tyres front 120/70 ZR 17 58 W TL check new price in online rear 190/50 ZR 17 73 W TL check new price in online now Im using this Tyre engine is soo good for high speed touring got lot of public reations u buy a go pro camera 1/2/3rd service cost its not that much high if we compare with other super bikes . affordable Insurance premium full body insurance need to take because body parts price is high & it get time for replace it

Kawasaki Ninja ZX 10R Highlights

Recently, Kawasaki dropped a bomb by announcing the prices of the 2018 ZX-10R and ZX-10RR. Thanks to local assembly, the Japanese manufacturer has been able to price the ZX-10R at a tempting Rs 12.80 lakh, which is Rs 6 lakh less than the older model sold via the CBU route. This makes the ZX-10R the most affordable litre-class superbike in the country. However, the price revision will be offered only till the end of July 2018, post which there will be "significant increase in the price tag", according to the manufacturer.

Powering the motorcycle is the same 998cc, inline-four, liquid-cooled engine capable of producing 200PS of power at 13,000rpm and 113.5Nm of torque at 11,500rpm. It comes equipped with a twin spar cast aluminium frame, 43mm USD front forks and a rear monoshock. Braking is handled via Brembo 330mm dual disc brakes at the front and a single 220mm disc at the rear. It gets 17-inch wheels shod with 120/70 front and 190/55 rear tyres. The ZX-10R tips the scale at 206kg (kerb).

With the massive price drop, the Kawasaki ZX-10R easily undercuts its chief rival, the Honda CBR1000RR Fireblade, by a huge margin. The ZX-10R was already a capable superbike, the pricing has just made it even sweeter!
