Suzuki Hayabusa Bike Latest Updates

Suzuki has launched the Hayabusa 25th Anniversary Celebration Edition in India, and it costs Rs 80,000 more than the standard Hayabusa.

The Suzuki Hayabusa, also known as the GSX-1300R, is the flagship motorcycle of the Japanese manufacturer in India. Once the fastest bike in the world, the Hayabusa is a legendary motorcycle that has over 25 years of legacy. It got even more popular in India after the Dhoom 1, and since then people started calling it the Dhoom bike.

Suzuki Hayabusa Price Suzuki Hayabusa is available in 4 paint schemes: Metallic Thunder Gray/Candy Daring Red, Metallic Mat Black No.2/Glass Sparkle Black, Pearl Vigor Blue/Pearl Brilliant White and the special edition Glass Blaze Orange and Glass Sparkle Black. It is available in two variants: the standard Hayabusa is priced at Rs 16,90,000, and the Hayabusa 25th Anniversary Celebration Edition is priced at Rs 17,70,000 (both prices ex-showroom, Delhi).

Suzuki Hayabusa Design The third-gen Suzuki Hayabusa looks much like its previous two iterations, just sharper and more aerodynamic. Although the ‘Busa is still not that much of a looker, its wind tunnel-developed aerodynamic design has become sharper, with larger air vents that facilitate better airflow throughout the bodywork. That said, it is still a long motorcycle, with a front-heavy design. Adding a bit of modern appeal, is the redesigned headlight and turn indicators and a sleeker tail section. Its hump-shaped pillion cowl completes the rear. It comes with a pair of beefy chrome exhausts, which further add to the sporty appeal of this superbike.

Features of Suzuki Hayabusa The latest-gen Hayabusa has seen a host of new features over its predecessor. For starters, it comes with all-LED illumination, with completely redesigned lights. The analogue speedometer and tachometer units now have a small TFT in the middle that reads out information such as the levels of the electronic aids, trip-related information, gear position indicator and a clock, along with other useful data. The electronic aids include 10 levels of traction and wheelie control, three levels of engine braking control, along with launch control. It has a Suzuki Drive Mode Selector (riding modes), which comprises three standard presets and three user-defined custom presets. The motorcycle also comes with cruise control, a bi-directional quickshifter (for seamless gear shifts) and even a hill-hold assist, as standard features.

Suzuki Hayabusa Engine Powering the Suzuki Hayabusa is a 1340cc liquid-cooled inline-four engine, which works in conjunction with a 6-speed gearbox and produces 190PS and 150Nm. To rein in the power, the manufacturer has provided the bike with a six-level IMU-assisted electronics suite that includes lean-sensitive traction control and ABS, wheelie control, launch control, and engine brake control.

Suzuki Hayabusa Suspension, Brakes & Other Details Although the company has used the same twin-spar aluminium frame from the second-gen Busa, there is a revised rear subframe. The front inverted fork and the rear linked monoshock are both fully adjustable KYB units. Braking is done via a 320mm dual-disc unit with 4-piston Brembo Stylema calipers up front and a 260mm disc with 1-piston Nissin caliper at the rear. The Busa rolls on 17-inch alloys wrapped in 120-section front and 190-section rear high-performance Bridgestone Battlax S22 tyres. The bike weighs 266kg (kerb), with its fuel tank capacity being 20 litres. It has a seat height of 800mm, and a 125mm ground clearance.

Suzuki Hayabusa Rivals

The Suzuki Hayabusa no longer has the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-14R to tussle with. But there are still a few other litre-class track-scorchers you could buy instead of the Hayabusa, like the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R, BMW S 1000 RR, and Ducati Panigale V4.

  • shiny appearance, sparky drives

Extraordinarily designed and crafted into an exceptional bike model that anyone would wish to own, the Suzuki Hayabusa is a strength defining model. With great mileage, a powerful engine and having the best performance segment, its one of my top recommendations. It is the best bike among the others that I have owned to date. The seat is very comfortable for the rider as well as the passenger at the back. I ride my bike on daily basis to office and back and even for other purposes and i find it quite easy and feasible to drive around.

  • Superb Bike In This Segment

I recently had the opportunity to experience the exhilarating Hayabusa roller coaster at my favourite theme park, and it left me absolutely awe-struck. From start to finish, this ride delivered an adrenaline-pumping adventure that I won't soon forget. The anticipation built as I approached the towering structure of the Hayabusa. Its sleek design and twisting track promised an intense ride, and it did not disappoint. As I boarded the coaster and secured myself, I could feel the excitement in the air. The ride began with a slow ascent up a seemingly endless hill, allowing me to take in the breathtaking views of the park below. The moment the coaster's cars crested the hill, gravity took over, and we were launched into a breathtaking series of twists, turns, and loops. The sensation of speed was absolutely mind-boggling, and the wind rushing past added to the thrill. One of the standout moments of the ride was the incredible loop-de-loop, which had my heart pounding as I experienced the feeling of weightlessness. The corkscrews and barrel rolls that followed only intensified the adrenaline rush. What truly sets the Hayabusa apart is its smoothness and precision. Despite the rapid changes in direction and speed, I felt secure in my seat, and the coaster's engineering excellence was evident. As the ride came to a close with a final burst of speed, I couldn't help but applaud the designers and operators of the Hayabusa roller coaster. It's a true testament to the art and science of amusement park rides. In conclusion, the Hayabusa roller coaster is an absolute must-ride for thrill-seekers and coaster enthusiasts. It offers a heart-pounding experience with its speed, loops, and twists, all while maintaining a level of safety and smoothness that sets it apart from the rest. If you're up for an unforgettable adventure, don't miss the chance to take a ride on the Hayabusa.

  • Comfortable ergonomics

The suzuki hayabusa is a high-performance sportbike beloved by enthusiasts for its combination of power, Speed, And style. With its powerful engine and aerodynamic design, It offers exhilarating acceleration and impressive top speeds.Riders appreciate its comfortable ergonomics for long-distance touring, Although its size and weight can be a challenge for some in tight maneuvers.Overall, The hayabusa is a standout choice for those seeking a thrilling riding experience with a blend of performance and comfort. Its been 15000 km i have rude this bike gone through every terrain at some times when i was in leh ladakh in 2019 rude with my crew and some friends while iwas riding busa on extrem.Ley rough and high ascending road where aa decent amount of speed river is flowing it's didn't even spin or slip any time but iwas sure i will buy busa's heavy loaded weight have a stable hold to ground and it's it's cross the path like a it's going through a highway just unexpectedly very well it then on overall ride through every tough terrain like leh i was ridden busa some point time it's alsotouch engine rocksand ground though it's have an really low ground clearance and really it's track oriented afterall but apart of this it's a great to have a bike like busaa in any where literally anywhere to every where just my thing.

  • stronger low and mid-range performance

This engine displaces the same 340cc as before, But it’s been heavily reworked with new pistons, Connecting rods, And camshafts, Among other things. As part of the update, The motor has lost 7hp, Taking the total down to a (still mental) 190hp and 150nm. Despite this, Suzuki says this is actually a faster accelerating hayabusa than before because the loss in top-end power is made up for with even stronger low and mid-range performance. The bike is still electronically limited to 299kph, So there is no change in the official top speed, But what really makes the busa special is its incredible mid-range performance – you just don’t need to rev this bike out. On almost all litre-class super bikes that scream to 14000 rpm or 15000 rpm, The fun only starts upwards of 6000 rpm, But with the busa you can stay below 5000 rpm all day long and travel at a very brisk pace. However, If you do take it up to the 11000 rpm redline, Be prepared for life-changing levels of acceleration to match the wild 200-plus horse power super bikes. In fact, With its long, Low and heavy nature, This bike puts the power down more effectively and is less prone to pulling big wheelies under acceleration. I have no doubt that this is still one of the fastest accelerating road-legal bikes on the planet.

  • bike is a rider's fantasy come true.

ADitya's Bold Decision: Aditya, a friend of mine, made the daring choice to purchase a sleek black Suzuki Hayabusa. The bike stands out among motorbikes thanks to its commanding presence and potent performance. A layer of safety is added to the exhilarating ride thanks to the combination of Double Disc front brakes and a Disc rear brake, which guarantees rapid and effective braking. Despite weighing 266 kg, the Hayabusa feels steady and well-balanced, enabling Aditya to comfortably navigate through a variety of environments and circumstances. In conclusion, the Suzuki Hayabusa is more than simply a motorcycle; it is a symbol of strength, style, and adventure. Aditya's decision to ride the Hayabusa is evidence that this bike is a rider's fantasy come true.

Q. Which bike's better is Kawasaki H2 SX or Hayabhusa?
  • Both the bikes are good in their own forte. The third-gen Suzuki Hayabusa is now treading a different path than its predecessors, one that is more sporty and less hyper-touring. Its glorious purpose has changed from making you want to go fast in a straight line to make you want to go fast everywhere. It wants to attack corners, it expects you to hustle, it demands you to stay vigilant. It masks its weight well and is even a good commuter. On the other hand, Powering the motorcycle is the Ninja H2's second-generation supercharged in-line four engines that generate 200PS of power at 11,000rpm. However, Kawasaki claims that the motor has been tuned to offer a smoother delivery with better low to mid-range tractability.
