  • It's pickup is best in this

It's pickup is best in this category and gives mileage for about 15-20km/l in city and 30 on highway.Breaking is great and the seats are bit narrow but one gets used to it.Ground clearance is less compared to similar bikes and it does make a difference.Handling is perfect, The symmetry is perfect and can be ridden in cities like a beast!.

    Highway rides

Hello enthusiasts, I own a vitpilen 250 and i'm 6'2 in height and i'm writing this review in accordance to my height and my regular pillion which will be my friend who is 6'0 and lean body. For me the handling is top notch, You can zip through like an arrow.Highway rides are comfortable for me till 450 - 500kms with pillion (after which pillion may have sore bum) and around 600 kms for single rider.During initial stages i.E, Before 1st service the bike returned around 38-40kms in mileage when driven in proper manner. And conclusion is, If you are bit lean and tall this bike works like a charm to you, Or if you are well versed in riding, Else, You may find it difficult to manage in city and for this situation pls check out the other arrow, Svart.Thank you.Have a great day.

More Questions
Q. Is Husqvarna Vitpilen available in CSD?
  • For the CSD availability, we would suggest you to have a word with the CSD staff or walk into the nearest dealership as they will be the better person to assist you because it depends on their stock book. You can click on the following link to see the details of the nearest dealership by selecting your city accordingly.
Q. Does Husqvarna Vitpilen 250 is good for mountain rides like Leh Ladakh or Uttarakhand rides etc?
  • It would not be a feasible option to go to such places on the Vitpilen 250 as the lower ground clearance and the cafe racer traits limit the capability for off-roading. The Vitpilen 250 is best suited for your daily city stints and occasional touring. In contrast, the Vitpilen speaks softly, but surely. It grabs the attention of passersby, but more importantly it makes the rider look back lovingly right after he, or she, has hopped off. Incredibly, under its seduction routine there is actually a bit more of everyday sensibility. Moreover, we would suggest you to take a test ride for a better understanding of performance and comfort. Click on the link and select your desired city for dealership details.
  • It's a big no because the ground clearance is really low. Apart from this turning radius is also a challenge.
  • Duke 250 use to go ladak

Q. Should I choose another bike other than Husqvarna Vitpilen 250 due to its ground clearance?
  • Husqvarna Vitpilen 250 features a ground clearance of 145mm. Comparatively, the ground clearance is 2mm lower than that of 250 Duke, however, these figures don't mar the sporty cafe racer’s appeal at all. While riding, the Vitpilen feels fluid and all the more enjoyable because of the plush suspension. It may be because you tread with a bit more caution on the cafe racer and the higher load on the front wheel makes it feeling more plush and absorbent. For a better understanding of compatibility and riding comfort, we would suggest you to take a test ride. Follow the link and select your desired city for dealership details. • First of all the GC is around 135mm and not 145mm. Secondly, it's not a problem with the bike it's a problem with the Indian roads so changing is never going to solve your problem. Better get your desired bike and drive little smart. I gave these issues in the beginning but later on learned to avoid these high breakers by some simple manuevers like side crossing and slowing down before bumps
  • Yes, If good ground is your preference and you also intrested in occasional off roading.
