Audi has given its flagship R8 a facelift, a new V10 engine and a new 7-speed dual-clutch S tronic transmission. The V10 coupe is powered by a 525PS, 4.2 litre V10 engine which, coupled with the S tronic transmission, can propel the car from 0-100 kmph in 3.6 seconds
