TVS Raider 125 First Ride Review | Specifications, Performance, Exhaust Note & more | ZigWheels

TVS has just introduced the all-new Raider 125 at Rs 77,500 (ex-showroom Delhi). This commuter is meant to take on premium 125cc bikes like the Honda SP125, Hero Glamour 125, and the Bajaj Pulsar 125. Now it has been a while since TVS has played in the 125cc segment. And with the way the domestic motorcycle market has shaped up, TVS needed a contender in this space, and the Raider might just be the perfect fit here. It packs an all-new 3-valve 125cc engine that is amongst the most powerful in the segment and there are heaps of segment first features here too, such as two riding modes, a rear monoshock and an optional 5-inch full colour TFT instrument screen. Even the standard features are quite impressive, such as a information-laden negative LCD instrument cluster, an idle start-stop system and an integrated starter generator for silent and smooth starts. The TVS Raider has all the makings for a punchy and sporty 125cc commuter and the right credentials to give other established 125cc players a good run for their money.
