Hero XPulse 200T First Ride Review & What’s different with the T

Hero is pitching the XPulse 200T as a road-biased tourer based on their existing 200cc platform. It is one of the four bikes currently available sporting the 200cc engine and it is derived from the hardcore off-roader the XPulse 200. The main focus of this bike is to clock endless number of miles without ever tackling the dirty stuff. Hero has got the pricing bang on with the 200T, which retails for Rs 94,000, ex-showroom Delhi. At that price, it is a mere Rs 3,000 more than the Xtreme 200R with which it shares its engine and a few other parts. It sports the same chassis as the XPulse 200 and while it might seem that the suspension components are shared too, it is not the case. The forward-offset axle forks look similar to the XPulse 200 but they run different internals with a dedicated tuning. The suspension travel in fact is the same as the Xtreme 200R. You get disc brakes at both ends with single-channel ABS as standard.
