Thanks HVKumar. I will be travelling from Gurgaon.
        Few queries:
        1) In the month of December. Any chance of Snowfall en-route?
        2) How are the condition of the roads?
        3) Type of terrain - what percentage of plains and mountains?
        4) And Last, What is the max altitude I will reach? One of us has AMS related issues

I have not done Nepal fully. I have only driven to Dhangadi in Nepal, which is only about 50 km from the Indian border. I've not done the route you are planning to do. I think HVKumar is your best bet in terms of route advise for this Nepal trip. As far as percentage of terrain goes, most of Nepal is mountainous.
          Drink coffee and drive!

No snowfall anywhere, except sightings in the peaks around Kathmandu & Pokhara
Road condition is excellent inside Nepal
Mostly plains. Not much of mountain climbs.
Altitude is hardly anything - <2500 metres hardly AMS territorry
