In the build-up to the Hahnekamm alpine ski race, The youngest driver on the Formula One grid took a red Bull show car for a spin on a specially designed section of the famous Streif ski course in Austria.
A report by The Telegraph said that the course was marked with ski gates and red paint. Around 3,500 fans had a=gathered around to watch the Dutch driver have a bit of fun in the snow.
"It was really cool and was so much fun," Verstappen was quoted as saying. "Keeping the car on the track was a real challenge."

This may be proof of Verstappen's madness, but it is more a of a proof of how great Red Bull's PR machinery is. Mental.

And the Photos - OH MY LORD!

A couple of days after Formula One racer Max Verstappen drove a 800bhp Red Bull F1 car up and down the ski slopes of Kitzbuhel in Austria, the authorities, not amused by his little stunt, now wants to fine Red Bull $33,000 for it.
Attended by 3,500 fans, the stunt was performed to “promote this year’s Austrian Grand Prix”. An Austrian news outlet, however, says that the Austrian company may have made some oversights over the event like not getting prior permission for the event and such. According to the report written in German, the authorities were miffed with Red Bull for calling it a ‘mini F1-race’ and not for driving the car up and down the slopes.

Whatever the authorities decide to do, Red Bull won’t have any problems in paying the fine as $33,000 is just small change for the Austrian energy drink company as they spend minions on publicity every year.
