    • Choosing between the fuel type would depend on your daily running with the car if you drive for around 50 kilometers or more in a day, then we'd recommend opting for the 1.5-litre diesel engine of Kia Seltos as the diesel engine uses 15-20 percent less fuel compared to the petrol engines resulting in cheaper running costs and vice versa. Moreover, the 1.4-litre turbo petrol engine is exclusively available with the GT-Line while the diesel engine is available with the HT-Line of Kia Seltos.     • There is a lot of difference in Petrol 1.4 and Diesel 1.5. If you want performance and a punchy engine then go for 1.4 petrol and if you want fuel efficient car, then go for 1.5 diesel. Please remember, service cost of diesel engine is slightly more than petrol engines. Also keep in mind the difference between fuel cost per ltr of petrol and diesel. All the best

But If, punchy engine is not your prime requirement then go for 1.5 Ltr petrol engine. Also pls note that the service cost of 1.4 ltr will be slightly more than 1.5 ltr engine due to turbo charger installed in it.
