Q. Which car is better Volkswagen Polo Highline Plus TSI engine or Hyundai Venue S model 1.2L engine in terms of performance and mileage? Maximum is city usage within Pune and 1-2 times/month on highway. Daily usage is 10Kms. Pls suggest. Already driving Vento Highline 1.5L MPI engine from 2016 so getting mileage of 22/23Kms/L(driven Pune to Mumbai highway few days back). So Polo should give more mileage be it on TSI engine.
  • Selecting the right car would depend on several factors such as your budget preference on the segment, features required, cabin space, engine options, brand preference, etc. The Venue is a perfect balance of size, features, and machinery in its segment. It might not wow you in any particular manner, but it feels just right. Hyundai Venue S is powered by an 1197 cc engine which is available with a Manual transmission. The 1197 cc engine puts out 81.86bhp@6000rpm of power and 113.76nm@4000rpm of torque. On the other hand, Volkswagen Polo 1.0 TSI Highline Plus is powered by a 999 cc engine which is available with a Manual transmission. The 999 cc engine puts out 108.62bhp@5000-5500rpm of power and 175nm@1750-4000rpm of torque. Moreover, we would suggest you to take a test drive before making the final decision. Follow the link and select your desired city for dealership.
Q. Which one I should buy Brezza or Venue?
  • Venue if you are looking for better quality fit and finish and premium feel. brezza if you are not looking for comfort but hardcore driving pleasure only as brezza is quite light weight and gives kick in the pants feel when you smash the throttle.
  • Both the cars are good.In terms of diesel brezza is better choice than venue. But in petrol venue is best among all its rivals especially 1.0l turbo engine. In terms of technology too venue is best as first connected car of India. You can also wait for brezza petrol arriving soon .But venue is very good car around 10 lakh in terms of petrol , so go for it... I too own both the cars so I think it would help you.
  • Wait for a while, if you can... buy brezza after november.. you will get many additional features in it. Venue is just a style rich car... performance is bogus as compared to brezza...

Q. What is the difference in Venue petrol 1.2 Kappa engine and petrol 1.0 turbo engine who is the best engine and with the best mileage eith best performance.
  • Turbo engine is gives good pick up and mileage with smaller engine. But it's life span is smaller than naturally aspirated engine. So if you want speed and high pick up than go for turbo. If your interested in average safe car speed with long engine life than go for naturally aspirated 1.2 L engine. Why turbo charge engine have small life than regular engine? Because with smaller engine you take more power with turbine installation so engine life reduce. It is like steroid tablet given to weak person for getting high performance.. think before purchase you are fun driver or you buy car for longer time. Thanks
  • Mileage is near about same but performance wise 1.0 is a good choice to buy its a turbo charge engine what a smooth drive and also great pickup, My opinion you should go with 1.0 turbo venue
  • For long drive it gives up to 22kms/ltre that I have reached ...But in city with more traffic it gives 10km/ltr sometimes lesser than that

Value for money with excellent performance. Highway mileage is very negotiable, you can extract 18-20 kmpl on highways at speed of 80-100 kmph in 6th gear.Even while throttling it hard at 140 kmph you get mileage of about 14-15 kmpl.City mileage depends on traffic conditions and getting 13-15 kmpl is not a big deal.Drivability is another plus factor with this car, it gives you a good driving experience. (I have driven it for about 5400 km in just 2 months which includes 2 trips from Aligarh to Sonbhadra in UP)P.S - highway mileage calculated thrice on 320 km long Lko-Agra expressway, also regularly cross checked on NH 34 from Aligarh to Khurja.

Venue is one of my hard searched and engineered car after long list. Driven 7k kms, v good mileage, no maintenance car, good safety and family car. Natural engine at its best. Did top speed 140kms. However, 110kms is v comfortable. The heavy metal body and steering feels safe. Majorly, Brake Assist is doing excellent job to make the car stand still for panic braking in the traffic. I did tried and it is working excellent on safety aspect. Remember to wear seat belts must for driver and front passenger. Kudos! Check my reviews in Car Wale. Thanks :-)

It's a very good car for a small family with a max of 4 members and showing much comfort while driving. Though it's 1-liter turbo sometimes I felt the pickup is somewhat needed more. Maybe because while comparing with 1.5 liters which prior to that I used to drive.

Overall a good bargain at 8.40 lacs the s-petrol model, Much better quality and feel interiros than competition.Ride quality in city & highway is good, No issues with power delivery in city, Highway or hills.Even regular service cost is quite resonable.

Outstanding. Driven almost every hatchback, but found polo is best. People says its service cost is on higher side. I have not found such issues with my polo. And if you have to spent 2 or 3 thousand rupees extra annually.i think its nothing to lose.Build quality of this car ride. Handling.comfort.5 stars. Only con i found is a little noisy. Otherwise go for polo. Best ever mini car for your family.

The car has been a good experience for 2 months. Delivers what we have paid for it. Ample of space and surprisingly behind is really good. There is some cabin noise and minor issues, but overall worth the cost we pay. Mileage is around 14 to 16 depending on driving in the city.
