Q. Which is one better between Celerio and Wagon R?
  • The Celerio, though being the first car to introduce Indians to the concept of affordable automatic cars, has not been able to attract enough people, thanks to tough competition from better looking, better-equipped cars, priced lower and higher than it. It is not a bad car per se, but the multitude of options in the market don't help it stand out. On the other hand, If you are the practical kind and want sheer utility from your next hatchback, the WagonR fits the bill nicely. The Wagon R might not be the best looking or have all the bells and whistles, but it is a practical hatch in every sense of the word. It is spacious, fuel efficient and has Maruti Suzuki’s dependable after sales network to back it up.We would suggest you to take a test drive in order to clear your all doubts. • Here, Wagon R 2019 would be a better pick. The Wagon R might not be the best looking or have all the bells and whistles, but it is a practical hatch in every sense of the word. It is spacious, fuel efficient and has Maruti Suzuki’s dependable after sales network to back it up. The WagonR gives importance to practicality over style, function over form. The new WagonR blends the strengths of the older versions with some new ones. Looks like it’s going to be easy for Maruti Suzuki to hold on to the number one spot in the segment.Read More: - 2019 Maruti Suzuki Wagon R: What We Like And What We Don’t: https://www.zigwheels.com/news-features/news/2019-maruti-suzuki-wagon-r-what-we-like-and-what-we-dont/32862/

Q. which one is better,elite i20 or i20 active?
  • Difficult to answer as Hyundai changes variants drops some in between...re introduce...with minimal changes among variants...buy a petrol for short distances gives average 15 to 17 km/litre in cities.Diesel 1.4 crde gives you about 20Skms/litre.good for highways..second which modeli20 active in3 petrol variants...if petrol go for sx 6 airbags all features....if i20 elite asta top end petrol all features 6 airbags. Elite is slightly shorter and..less ground clearance less weight less so more mileage ...do decision depends on ground clearance..and dimensions..... elite i20 diesel its all the same asta top end all features with 6 air bags.Active i20 has same with good ground clearance.......So if you need a premium hatch with all features and safety mileage smaller dimension for relatively good roads select i20 elite (12 variants including sportz which has 2 airbags and no child seat option..)...automatic trim only in elite i20...sooo....select one from12 variants preferably magna manual or automatic/petrol or diesel from elite i20..(hoooo).get the small lettered variant wise list from sales person !!.wish you a happy purchase.thanks .....caution--top trims cost 10 lac approx .
  • Hyundai i20 active is a sporty version of elite i20. There are mainly cosmetic changes made to the simple elite i20. Engine options are same for both the cars. So there is no difference in power. The i20 active has bigger wheels which gives high ground clearance to the car. The cars use ventilated disc brakes at front and drum brakes at rear. The braking system is complimented by ABS which prevents the wheel from locking up during hard braking. The top variants of the cars are also equipped with features like Airbags, central locking, engine immobilizer, ELR seat belts, park assist sensors with camera, door ajar warning, parking brake warning, headlamp on indicator etc. If we have one of them then our choice will be Elite i20 in terms of looks. On the other hand, i20 Active does offer better ground clearance and is indeed more capable than the original car since it offers some off-roading capability too. However, when comparing it with the Elite i20 it falls short in the looks department where the Elite i20 excels.
  • The Elite i20 has stood the test of time and the facelift does just enough to keep the it relevant in a highly competitive segment. The new i20 features a few changes but is essentially still the same car with slightly improved driving dynamics. So if you’re looking for a frugal yet youthful family hatch, the i20 is still a viable option. On the other hand, the Hyundai i20 Active is a good looking car, but fails to pull a proper cross-hatch image. It is loaded with features and the fact that it is based on the Elite i20 speaks volumes about its comfort and reliability. The only thing that remains to be seen is when Hyundai will give it a facelift, like the Elite i20.

Q. Which is best betweenn Swift and Celerio?
  • Hi, celerio is my companion mostly to commute in uber and Ola.Most prefer celerio for OLA cab.yes its per fect low torque ride in city is excellent. Most ste CNGs so lack boot. But for one or two it is enough.pros -low engine nice, good a/crystal clear glasses, good leg space.cons-poor plastictaxi celerio lack safety features. At least they could have given central locking. No stereo. cng lacks power.,but better than i10and Xents which is not factory fitted.overall good for daily commute ,not many issues, with full tank CNGit can run 300kms!can change to petrol mode on the go.I have been on one diesel which ran 80000 (discontinued now)in excellent condition.Service-matuti nowadays ignores customers ad their volume is so high,oops.Thanks. ,
  • Swift , since its bigger and better than celerio in many ways, but if you want an easy to go and simple to drive, less stress, then just go for celerio with AGS gear box, hands down. but that automatic gear box needs some getting used to.
  • In case if you like both these models streamline your decision in terms of budget . If budget is also not a constraint streamline your decision in terms of size of the car because Swift is bigger than Celerio and accommodating three rear passengers for long highway trips won’t be a hassle . Other decision making criterias are performance , safety features, comfort & convenience.
