- There are four variants in Corolla altis G , G - CVT and GL and VL (CVT). The VL CVT is the top end variant with CVT transmission . To understand both you should know the features in GL also . The features available with G CVT are in addition to the Features in G variant which are keyless entry with jack knife key, leather wrapped steering wheel, 6 speakers, Tilt & Telescopic adjustable steering, reverse camera with sensors with display in audio screen.Illuminated entry, Cup holders, Electrically operated mirrors , power windows, jam protection , 12 v power sockets about 3 nos, Rear seat recline 60/40 the special of Altis and Auto air conditioneretc. However The GL variant is offered in manual variant it offers a good pic of safety features like Hill start assist, Super amazing VSC vehicle stability control , Bi beam LED head lamp, Auto leveling head lamps, smart entry key, auto folding mirrors , Rain sending vipors, navigation in audio system, leather seats, power adjustable driver seat which is a good feature in this. It is also offered in 16" alloy wheels. - My choice is Altis only It is a tough question to answer and the balance slightly tilt towards Corolla altis. We too faced this million dollar dilemma and preferred Altis as against Elantra. Let us see what is good with Elantra 1) interior and electronics part Elantra look quite updated, trendy 2) exterior looks it is the best even over Skoda What is good with Toyota Corolla altis. 1) The 2018 edition ,11th Gen looks are more modern compared to the outgoing one. The rear seat reciling and comfort , rear seat space are the best in segment . 2) the boot space is high 3) The engine is very smooth no hint of noise to cabin as best in NVH insulation standards. 3) The after sales service and Toyota 's unbeatable QDR systems and after sales service 4) they have a transparent , EM60 kind of service is good to customer . The car is offered with 7 airbags . The Vehicle stability control (VSC) and Hill assist control Are very good in this . The rideability , drive comfort are extremely good .With Altis. We do surveyed many customers/users. It is found Corolla altis is a Practically a Good alround choice in reliability, best on service, comfort and of course overall low cost of ownership. A very comfortable and reliable and decent car with a mileage of 15 km/litre on the highway. The low ground clearance brings difficulties to our roads with speed breakers. The frame bars on other sides of the front glass make uncomfortable obstruction at the time of turnings.
