The BSA Scrambler 650 will be launched in India on 23 April 2026. It will be positioned as a more rugged alternative to the BSA Gold Star 650, and will rival the Royal Enfield Bear 650. We reckon it will be priced at around Rs 3.45 lakh (ex-showroom).
The Scrambler 650 carries forward the classic BSA design language, but with a more off-road-focused stance. It has wire-spoke wheels, a high-mounted exhaust, and a purposeful scrambler look – all while having a proper modern classic design.
Mechanically, the Scrambler will remain closely related to its roadster sibling, powered by a 652cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine producing 45.6PS and 55Nm, paired to a 5-speed gearbox. It has a gaited telescopic fork, twin shock absorbers, 19-inch front and 17-inch rear wheels, dual disc brakes with dual-channel ABS, and a slipper clutch.
