Q. Which is best cruiser in Royal Enfield 350 or 350x - Thunderbird 350?

350X has a more upright stance owing to the new handlebars. This is exceptional in terms of 300km+ rides. Although if you have a pillion rider as a regular, 350 would be a better option owing to the much more sensible grabrails. Apart from that, and tubeless tyres with alloys, both bikes are identical in terms of power and performance.

Thunderbird has a much better and comfortable sitting position. Thunderbird X has an aggressive sitting posture. For city rides X is easier to navigate but for long rides and comfort wise Thunderbird is far better.

If you are interested in urban riding then go for Thunderbird 350x it comes with alloy wheel and Thunderbird 350 comes with spokes which is good for off roading adventures, 350x more stylish than 350 but in terms of features they are almost same.

Definitely Thunderbird 350. Both bikes are same with jus a few changes such as ABS, tubeless tyres etc. 350 is more retro compared to 350x..esp.the colors. Performance wise both are same.

None....but if you want to buy between the two... I would suggest the good old thunderbird....I have sold my thunderbird x within one year as I was having just too many problems with the bike

Q. Which is best bike, Classic 350 or Thunderbird 350X?

Depends on your riding style, height. Thunderbird 350x BS4 has an issue with the Tank creating a vacuum which doesn't allow the fuel to flow freely and thus halting the engine. I've personally experienced the the issue and the bike stops every 2-3kms on a speed between 60-80km/hr. My cousin faced similar issue on classic 350 but the issue resolved after first service.

If your opting for a daily commute than long tours. Please opt Classic 350.If your thinking for both options, you can prefer 350X. It has the looks, Better ergonomics, Tubeless tyres and alloy wheels with dual channel ABS>PS: - Believe me its a head turner

Q. I am confused about TB 350X and 500X! Both seems same in spec except cc and torque. What would you recommend? Carburetor for 350 and fuel injection 500, so in long run which one is reliable?

It all boils down your needs and affordability. 500cc has alot of higher end bike tech in it. so obviously it demands more care and expertise to maintain. (it's common among any high end bikes) I own a TB 500X and except for services cost I have not faced any issues..!and yea there is a 5years extended warranty from company if you only get the serviced from RE service centre at regular intervals..! 350 is not a bad bike but if you wana step up a notch be ready for the costs and polished riding style

350x is easier to maintain and quite reliable. 500x has more power and has fi but in case of maintaining it has gone above par. Some where 500cc bikes of RE are hard to maintain. If you are spending for about 2.5 to 3L you should definitely go for Interceptor 650twins for this is the best. Otherwise you go for TB350x. It is good reliable and easier to maintain. Good luck with the choice.

Carburetors are supposed to be more reliable in the sense that they are much "simpler" and can be fixed by any and every other mechanic.But fuel injected isn't a problem. Guess what is the problem? Lack of power in the 350. I regret every second that I didn't go for the 500 instead.

Q. Which is good to buy between Thunderbird 350X and Bajaj Dominar 400 in terms of long off road touring and daily city riding purpose?

Thunderbird 350X is better than Dominor, 350X you can use for city as well as long rides. Dominor gives less mileage and more price.350X max crusing speed is 110 but it is sufficient in Indian roads. And you cannot hold your speed more than 5 km in Indian roads.So speed doesn't matter here.

Dominar is a power cruiser. Fiber body would make it more prone to wearing. However thunderbird has metal body making it rust prone. But for long term if you maintain a re motorcycle then it would be your partner forever.

First of all we can't compare a cruiser with sports tourer. As from comfort point of view cruiser are more comfortable & yes tbx350 is most comfortable in city rides too. As for dominar i cant tell because i own tbx 350

Q. I want to ask which is the best bike for daily 60km ride daily? Confused between a Thunderbird and Avenger 220. The issue is I found a lot of vibrations in Tthunderbird any other suggestion is welcome.

I own a Avenger 220 Cruise. Must tell you the ride is really comfortable and no vibrations or difficulty in traffic. Can easily maneuver in traffic. Two things I don\'t like is the long wheelbase makes turn radius more, which becomes difficult while taking you turns or changing to the opposite lane. Second is pick up is average for a 220 cc engine. Rest: Low Maintainence Cost, Spare parts availability, Bajaj Service Center Availability , Pretty Good Mileage of around 25-30 Kmpl and The Best Is You can go on Long Drive in comfort, No Back Pain, Less Vibration, Less Fuel Stops and the best Cruising at 80kmpl comfortable and enjoy the Ride. Now my friend also has a Thunderbird. Same as known problems, Vibrations, Mileage Problem, High Service Charge, comparatively less service center availability and the biggest concern is the spare parts cost. Average Pick Up. Which means you\'ll struggle overtaking. Thunderbird although gives you a very much comfortable ride except for the vibrations. For daily commute, I wouldn\'t Suggest a Thunderbird. For a daily commute of 60km, you can go for Avenger 220 Street or Cruise. Other options would be NS 200 or Yamaha FZ or New Gixxer is also good I guess.
