Recently Asked User Questions
Q. Which one to go for Hornet 2.0, Apache RTR 200 4v or Gixxer 250 or wait for Honda CBF 190?
- The TVS Apache RTR 200 4V has been one of the nicest 200cc motorcycles in India. It is sharp and agile while maintaining a friendly power delivery. The lack of a sixth gear though limits its touring potential. If we talk about Suzuki Gixxer 250, it is comfortable in the city and on the highway to, it has big bike looks and a decent amount of features. However, its brakes could be better and headlight intensity is a little below average. Honda Hornet 2.0 isn't a 200cc bike as per its specifications 184cc engine producing 17.23PS at 8500rpm and 16.1Nm at 6000rpm. If outright performance is not your priority and looking for a comfortable bike for city commutes and want a refined and smooth engine, you may go for Honda Hornet 2.0. Hornet 2.0 is the bike based on Honda CBF 190(international), so we don't see any chance that the brand will sell same bike with two different names in India. You may compare all these bikes accordingly. Do take a test ride in order to get better clarity. Check out authorised dealership details.
- Absolutely Right
Q. I am confused between Honda Hornet 2.0 & Honda Unicorn 160. I live in Mumbai and I commute daily up to 60 kms on rough roads, busy traffic and highway. My priorities are good ride quality & suspension for comfortable journey for both rider and pillion(because of back pain), low maintenance cost and good mileage.Which one should I go for?
- As per your requirements, we'd suggest you to go with the Honda Unicorn if you do not mind the old-school styling and lack of modern elements. The Unicorn is powered by a tried and tested fuel efficient engine, gets lots of ground clearance and a longer seat for improved comfort for both rider and the pillion. The BS6 update has given the bike a larger motor, while retaining the dynamics of the older bike. It still remains a well-rounded motorcycle, but the BS6 update has come with a hefty price hike. Moreover, we would suggest you to take a test ride for a better understanding of comfort and compatibility. You may click on the link and select your desired city for dealership details.Read More: - What Has Honda Changed On The New Unicorn BS6?

- Selecting between the Honda Hornet 2.0 and KTM 200 Duke would depend on your preference of the segment, budget, preference of power output, features required, etc. If you are looking for a powerful naked street bike with sharp and aggressive styling, brilliant performance and premium underpinnings then you may opt for the 200 Duke. On the other hand, if you want a bike with a much refined engine, healthy mid-range torque, comfortable riding position and linear power delivery then the Hornet 2.0 would be a better pick. Moreover, we would suggest you to take a test ride for a better understanding of comfort and compatibility. You may click on the link and select your desired city for dealership details.Read More: - 2020 KTM 200 Duke BS6: First Ride Review - Honda Hornet 2.0 vs KTM Duke 200
