Recently Asked User Questions

Q. Should I choose between the Himalayan or XPulse I am adventure lover.
  • Both r different cc bro xpulse is 200cc and RE Himalayan is 400cc so torque on re is more compair to xpulse but coming to weight hero had did the best.... In my point of view I prefer xpulse than Himalayan, xpulse is the pocket friendly adventure touring bike...... Which we can keep in our garage
  • If you’re the person who wants to get into off-road and trail riding, the XPulse 200 just makes a lot of sense on paper. Especially, for the fact that it is inherently light and is really affordable. However, if you’re someone who finds the Hero offering a bit tame for your liking and don’t mind spending the extra money, the Himalayan won’t disappoint you........each have unique drawback's and benefits............
  • For long rides Himalayan is better, but if you change the seat of xpulse it is the best option you can get as xpulse is better than himalayan in all other aspects exept highway cruize speeds. Himalayan can cruize at 100kmph, but xpulse can cruize comfortably at 80-85only

Q. Is Royal Enfield Himalayan too heavy for off roading? Can it be compared with XPulse?
  • No idea about comparison, but the Himalayan so far is the perfect for off roading. it's probably made with off roading in mind. thought it slips n skids on plain roads on sudden braking, but never on the rouugh terrain.
  • Yes Himalayan is heavier than Xpulse by 40-45 kgs. But off road skills of Himalayan are amazing.
  • It is heavy but not too heavy. Its a well balanced bike.

Q. I am planning to buy the XPulse 200. I am confused between carburetor and FI- which one would be easier to maintain in the long run? Also, I have read reports of the rust issue of the wheel and rim, has this been resolved?
  • Xpulse carb is more better than fi.but you want more refinement and mileage go for xpulse fi.both segment make for long riding distance. after a long time rust issues but it's can be resolved.
  • For better mileage go for Fi, for less maintenance go for carb edition, rusting issue is not seen on every bike, even though if you face the issue the hero moto corp is replacing the rusted parts with new one......
  • Is there any sound comming from engine side in BS6 model

  • XPulse 200 4 V
    my top most suggestion

I love exploring, so this bike is made for me .This is an adventure bike, so it's built for exploring. Its mileage is decent, providing good fuel efficiency for long rides. In the city, you can get around 37 kmpl, and on the highway, expect 36 kmpl or more. In terms of performance, the engine delivers ample power and torque, giving riders a thrilling experience both on and off-road. The engine vibes a bit at higher speeds, and wind protection is minimal.
