Q. I am planning to buy the XPulse 200. I am confused between carburetor and FI- which one would be easier to maintain in the long run? Also, I have read reports of the rust issue of the wheel and rim, has this been resolved?
  • Xpulse carb is more better than fi.but you want more refinement and mileage go for xpulse fi.both segment make for long riding distance. after a long time rust issues but it's can be resolved.
  • For better mileage go for Fi, for less maintenance go for carb edition, rusting issue is not seen on every bike, even though if you face the issue the hero moto corp is replacing the rusted parts with new one......
  • Is there any sound comming from engine side in BS6 model
Q. What is the different between Hero Moto Corp XPulse 200 BS4 and BS6
  • There are few differences which all together make the motorcycle feel slightly different while riding. Addition of cat-conThe exhaust pipe placement has been changed to accommodate the cat-con, addition of cat con also results in a slight power drop, this has drastically changed the way the engine performs. Reduced vibes, linear power delivery and better mileage I suppose.Addition of oil cooler. For now this is all that has changed in the bs6 xpulse. If you have ridden the bs4 motorcycle you’ll definitely feel the difference in the engine performance.
  • The major change your n BS6 variant is now this bike comes with oil cooled engine at place of air cool engine is BS4. I have BS4 variant and I feel the hot engine without oil cool engine. Can Hero add oil cooler to my BS4 xpulse 200.
  • Difference between BS-IV and BS-VI fuel and vehicles primarily is the significant lower content of sulphur. The sulphur content on both petrol and diesel will come down to 10ppm in BS-VI fuel as compared to 50 ppm in BS-IV fuel

    my top most suggestion

I love exploring, so this bike is made for me .This is an adventure bike, so it's built for exploring. Its mileage is decent, providing good fuel efficiency for long rides. In the city, you can get around 37 kmpl, and on the highway, expect 36 kmpl or more. In terms of performance, the engine delivers ample power and torque, giving riders a thrilling experience both on and off-road. The engine vibes a bit at higher speeds, and wind protection is minimal.

Hero XPulse 200 4V: Adventure Bike

Let me tell you about my ride the Hero XPulse 200 4V. If you are bitten by the adventure bug like I am this motorcycle feels like it was built just for us. With its off road capabilities enhanced by the 4 valve technology, riding through trails and unpaved roads has never just felt easier. The ground clearance of 220 mm means you hardly have to worry about potholes and bumps while the rally kit option can turn an average ride into a rally raid adventure. However on the flip side 199.6cc engine, while powerful for off roading does not always translate to the smoothest city ride.

    125 Duke adrenaline

A buddy got a new KTM 125 Duke bike. It's so much fun to ride around town! Of the 125cc motorcycles, it's one of the sportiest options. Perfect for learning to ride or going through the city. It picks up speed really fast and turns corners great. The only issue is that it won't go super fast on highways. But it's not too costly and it's a zippy, exciting ride!

With the powerful 125cc engine, combined with the modern fuel injection technology, it makes the bike deliver decent power and torque to make it leak able through congested streets, and sharp corners with perfect turning. Comfortable bike

The seat gives better comfortable riding and is also very good for the long rides without any issues and the brakes are decent with the good stopping power. It gives easily 40 to 45 kmpl of mileage which is good and the look of this bike is awsome. The suspension is very comfortable and the bike is so stable at high speed but the power is not that great. It is a fun to ride bike and the features are good but is not a performer oriented bike.

Quick Thoughts on My KTM 125 Duke Adventure

The KTM 125 Duke has been my trusty partner for urban commuting and occasional long riding for a good part of the year. Its aggressive styling and promise of KTM's thrilling ride experience. This little firecracker with a 124.7 cc engine churning out 14.5 PS of power which is able to do anything. It is incredibly light and easy to make your ride a joy to zip through traffic. The fuel efficiency is reasonable for its segment providing around 45 km/l which is quite economical for a performance oriented bike. However, the ride can get a bit harsh over longer distances, owing to its stiff suspension setup.
