After sales service provided in mumbai is terrible.And the manager of the service center in kandivli is extremely unhelpful.Only false promises made but no follow up.

Worst brand, Worst service, Worst quality.Not reliable.My icon model has discontinued, Dealer says.No spares.I am doomed.

I have purchased falcon scooter, 29.01.2022, @ 4.Sk complex kk motors uttarahalli maun road, Channasandra, Bangalore 98 from the day one i'm facing mileage problem it was gives 29 to 39 km per charging, But they received my vehicle on 26.03.2022, And sent my vehicle battery to dealer and returned my vehicle on 16.05.2022, But still now not rectified. This is the one of worst company to rectifying problem they people have no idea for problem solving capability and irresponsible people are their company.

Absolute pathetic service from vasai dealer, Battery issue sorted after 2 months, They don, T have any back up battery.Do not buy this scooter, Plastics poor quality, Poor range.

After 2 months of research and collecting / listening to both negative and positive feedback - finally purchased one with an intention of 'Go Green' Benling e-scooter, battery run 250watt motor is carrying me 14kms in 36 mins to officeThis scooter is taking me 60 kms with one full charge of battery, travelling through the mountains and valleys of Hyderabad roads With Li-ion battery capacity of 60v 22Ah (one full charge = 60 x 22 = 1320W = 1.3 units of electricity consumption and 3.5 hours to full charge), it takes appx Rs. 7 to Rs 10 to travel 60 KmsI drove with my family (1+1) totaling to 120 kgs and did not find any difficulties in reaching home, safely back.With 'Anti-Theft' alarm pre-installed - it gives a loud alarm for 2-3 mins (and repeats again if detected again) and chances are there, for the intruder to leave your vehicle alone! There is Reverse (I used it to drag my scooter out of parking easily) button and 'Maintenance' button, which will take the vehicle 10-12 kms easily in case of any battery drop (Appears as Reserve battery, isn't it?)Ok.. now coming to negatives...- Not suitable for persons in hurry definitely - Its avg is 25Kmph and Highest speed is 33 kmph (company listed 25Kmph only)- Long ride or distance travelers - Not for you if your round trip is above 50 to 60 km- Battery is definitely not a lasting substance. But is reliable for 3 years and 1000 cycles! Very nice and smooth rides.Affordable cost of scooty, Also it gets charged fast.

After a usage of 2 years, (april 2019- purchase date) i am getting only 30 km / charge now a days, Getting more and more problems in battery life.No warranty from purchase date i received.After purchase of the scooter i asked for some accessories for scooter.The showroom closed in couple of months due to non support from manufacture (showroom person told me).In 3rd month problem with lock came up while running in road, Just locked up me.Cost me approx 1 month and nearly 1500 for towing and replacement.Again light shown issues in next month, Again lock in same month.I lost 2 signal lights.Not replaced yet(chance of getting damage soon).All-most all s***w in scooter is rusty in 8-9 months.Some i replaced in my on cost in 1 year.Over all terrible and pathetic service from manufactures to dealer and individual, At least my case.

This bike does not offer a good performance. It's light are terrible. It does not give visibility at night.
