Q. What is basic difference between Honda CB Shine and Honda CBShine SP. I am 51 years old and daily journey is 90km for duty which bike is better for me?
  • THE DIFFERENCE IS SP IS MORE PREMIUM THAN CB . AND NOW SP AND SHINE ARE BOTH DIFFERENT IN MARKET. SIR I WILL SUGGEST TO BUY ''''CD 110'''' DREAM.THIS BIKE FITS TO YOUR AGE AND MILEAGE AND BEST FOR DAILY COMMUTER. BUT IF YOU WANT ''SHINE'' OR ''SP'' YOU CAN BUY ANY OF THEM BY YOUR CONSULTANT. ALMOST '''5K''' IS THE PRICE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SP AND SHINE.
  • Both bikes are good cb has 4 gears and sp has 5 gears basically I used cb shine for now almost 2 year with daily 100 km daily best bike i have never felt any issues
  • One has 4 gears other has 5 .light weight and other is little heavy. Better to avoid both and look at other choices due to long distance

Q. I am confused, should I buy honda cb shine or hero glamour. Please advice.
  • See , I can say go blindly with Honda shine sp series latest model. But yes , your question will be Why ? Ask few questions to yourself. 1) Which company has more experience of making two wheeler engine. 2) Which company is technically sound. 3) Which bike has resale value. 4) Which company bikes in market gives constant mileage even after 2-3 years. ( Most of the bikes gives less mileage after 2-3 years of use ) Coming to Shine and glamour 1) why shine would have become highest selling bike. Why lot of people are going for shine 2) Do you know what will be future of glamour. ( Or company may stop production like TATA NANO ) 3) SHINE is running on road from last 10+ years and still it is top selling bike ( like Alto and WagonR in four wheeler) 4) Engineers of SHINE have learnt over the period and made that bike smooth and superior . You can say almost perfect for city conditions. So you can definitely go for SHINE. Take a test ride if you want. Feel that smooth engine , perfect pickup , and less need of frequent gear change.( Most of the time there is no need of gear change as even on 4th gear I have started my bike..( not Joking .. you can test ride my bike.) Finally ... Be wise and push yourself with decision.
  • In terms of overall styling glamour is better and in terms of fuel efficiency both shine and glamour are equal. In terms of engine sound glamour is better with a bassy solid sound and shine feels like a broken silencer. In terms of comfort and driving dynamics glamour is better with a heavier weight that helps in highway wind blast experience and service cost is lower in glamour. Overall glamour is a better product with more resale value in every part of India.
  • Cb shine gives you a good built quality with torque though glamour has more stable in many cases that doesn't mean shine has no comfort... i myself travelled asansol to jharkhand with my mom total 280 km up-down.... asansol to digha with my girlfriend total 600km up-down still very comfortable... so performance wise no doubt you can go for cb shine

    Found good

After 2 months of research and collecting / listening to both negative and positive feedback - finally purchased one with an intention of 'Go Green' Benling e-scooter, battery run 250watt motor is carrying me 14kms in 36 mins to officeThis scooter is taking me 60 kms with one full charge of battery, travelling through the mountains and valleys of Hyderabad roads With Li-ion battery capacity of 60v 22Ah (one full charge = 60 x 22 = 1320W = 1.3 units of electricity consumption and 3.5 hours to full charge), it takes appx Rs. 7 to Rs 10 to travel 60 KmsI drove with my family (1+1) totaling to 120 kgs and did not find any difficulties in reaching home, safely back. With 'Anti-Theft' alarm pre-installed - it gives a loud alarm for 2-3 mins (and repeats again if detected again) and chances are there, for the intruder to leave your vehicle alone! There is Reverse (I used it to drag my scooter out of parking easily) button and 'Maintenance' button, which will take the vehicle 10-12 kms easily in case of any battery drop (Appears as Reserve battery, isn't it?)Ok.. now coming to negatives...- Not suitable for persons in hurry definitely - Its avg is 25Kmph and Highest speed is 33 kmph (company listed 25Kmph only)- Long ride or distance travelers - Not for you if your round trip is above 50 to 60 km- Battery is definitely not a lasting substance. But is reliable for 3 years and 1000 cycles! (comes under warranty for replacement)Make: BenlingModel: FalconCompany Website: benlingindia.comPurchased from San Motors, Seri-Lingampalli, Hyderabad (Found good after sales support from them)

    Strong engine

Engine - strong engine which provides you enough power on road.125 cc engine won't make you feel underpower mileage - will give you mileage of 40km/l.A bit lower than 110 or 100 cc bikes but it is better in terms of power. Also, Depends on your driving styleafter sales - as honda has expanded its 2 wheeler network very well everywhere. Not only cities but also in towns you can find service centers and showrooms of hondalife - honda engines are very good in terms of life if maintained properly like serviced in time and allnight driving - headlight of honda shine will disappoint you a bit because headlight throw is poor which will create problems during night. When some vehicle with led lights passes, You will get blind almost.Suspension - very good suspension which will smoothen your rides on bad roads as well overall a nice bike. You can definitely trust on it.
