My honest user review this is just a prototype model. This company is trying to make money even from it, They are not concerned about customers, This model has lot of bugs in it.Cant able to list all, I can mention few priority points alone here, 1.It has suspension issue, While riding lot of back pain is felt, Even at 23 kmph speed, Comfort is totally zero. 2.No safety for battery, When we ride over a speed breaker or small pits in roads it moves inside compartment 3.Rain water easily enters battery compartment.Chance for any electrical / component failure. 4. Rear brakes can never be adjusted unless you remove whole set to adjust now i'm suffering after buying this bike don't buy any ev when it is in prototype or testing phase don't fall in trap, Just for looks alone if you wanna risk you r money you can go for it, No one can save you get ready to suffer.

It will take you back to the old days which will make you nostalgic, A great feeling.The battery backup of the car is relatively good, The tires are quite fat so the chances of skidding on the road are high low, Comfortable for two people in the seat.Hope like us you will also have good experience and interest in riding this bike.

Bad bad bad i purchased i voomi s1 from t c inovation, Bibwewadi, Pune in dec 22 after 3rd month batery given avrage only 60 to 70 km, Speedo meter is folty from 1st day google map showing 60 km but meter showing 77km, Shock observed is lekage, There are not proper service station no spear part available, There is no proper mecanic office boy done servicing deler want lebur charges for avery work deler is rublly behivior with me he not support he say c contact customer care after call company customer care speed meter change resently but 1sy mood speed showing 55km 2nd mod showing 67km 3rd mod showing 77km i call customer care 4 to 5 time regarding all problem he say i call you back within 1 hour but till not received his call finally i gooing to consumer court

Driving is very smooth and comfortable.But it's build quality is very bed.It's stearing quality is very third class.Battery and speed are good.After eight months battery is very bed performance and delear is not provide proper service.Service mechanic is rudely behivour with me.Dealer is not provide every parts of bike in time.I don't like this build quality and dealership.I advice to all cler the warranty conditions of all dealers before purchase this electric bike.I also advice must properly clerar conditions of bike warranty included parts.Performance is good but qualiy is very very very bad.I'm not satisfied with this e bike and it's dealership.After 10 months my bike is properly damaged but delear have not mechanical support.Delear'smechanic is very very very rude and his work is very third class repairing.He doesn't know about the some part of the bike.And he say me i am trained e bike mechanic.Sometimes his answer is very funny of bike rapairing.And delear is says me he is my perfect mechanic.I advice again to all please purchase other company's e bike don't weast your money of this e bike.This bike is only lookwise best not for performance.This bike is only show room decorations not for rod performance.I'm very tired with this e bike.This is only for weast of mony of this bike purchse and maintenance.Please contac me ivoomi company.
