Q. Which one is best in ns200 or duke 200?
  • Well this question will always remain in the minds of bike enthusiasts. Both bike have got same hearts but the file makes marginally higher power and with lesser weight it also is quicker between the two. Technology wise again Duke shines over NS. NS does outperforms Duke on the top speed battle but only on an open highway. But the best part where NS beats Duke is the city rides. Indian roads are full of people holes and the suspension setup on Duke is Rock hard designed for race track. So, there is a difficulty in choice. Even the spare parts for Duke are costly. My suggestion is NS. Why? Because, you spend less while you purchase, your after sale cost is less, you get a really good performer in this segment, of course you cannot beat file in a race, but how often are you going to race, you get softer suspension that is not harsh on your back yet gives you respectable handling. But if you can really afford some premium for better quality go for Duke.
  • If you are looking to sprint around town and maybe even hit the track at times, Duke 200 is your best friend. However, it feels a little restless at times, nothing negative here, that is just how the motorcycle is, always eager to go. It gets better equipment, suspension, fatter tyres, bigger brakes, fuel injection and everything. But that adds almost 50K. And the gearing isn’t highway friendly. The 200 NS/AS will be better for going long distances. Acceleration is lower than Duke but still very good. Being a Bajaj, there could be some rattles here and there which you will have to deal with. You lose of stuff like USD forks, FI and all. But saving 50K over the Duke for close to similar performance, you can’t complain much. Also, if you have budget constraint go with Pulsar Ns200 which is around 50k cheaper than Duke.
  • Hi NS200 gives 5 to 8 more km than duke and have more top end speed. Budget friendly too. Cons: more vibration’s then duke. And cheaper parts have to maintain lot.Duke200 has unique eye catchy design and undoubtably a Drag King and solid build.. you can get 35km approx. can rough use. minimum vibrations on top end.have to maintain chain regularly..Both have price difference. Choice is yours..I recommend Duke..

Q. Does Ns 200 is faster than duke 200 and 250 ??
  • Duke is faster in acceleration from 0 to 60 & 100kmph. On very long roads due to the speed limiter it doesn't go over 137kmph, which is more than required.
  • Yes because ns 200 top speed is 147 and Duke 200 in 135 and 250 is 142

  • Good bike in terms of performance(in terms of 200 segments) and mileage(if you drive like a human for first couple of months). To keep the bike in good condition you need to maintain it and drive it like a cool minded guy or girl, keeping all that in mind then bike will allow you keep riding it like a hooligan. The sound is awesome at high revs.Breaks are smooth not so sharp, so super beginner friendly.Styles and looks always 5 star.Get a crash guard and a break guard it surely have a plus point.

  • Ns200 bs6 is the most powerfull bike i have ever ridden in this sagement. It's fi engine claims a great ammount of punch in low end. Also it's 24.5 bhp helps to hit almost 145+kms in top end.The suspensions are slightly in stiffer side but there is no compromise with riding comfort in this bike. It's seating posture helps you to roll 2 to 3 hours nonstop.Ns200 is also a good coice for long ride.Specially for hill ride.

  • Really worth the price . The ride quality and its performance is just awesome. The mileage is good in respect to a 200cc motorcycle. I really loved it. It has a high seat which causes trouble for short riders like me, I am 5.5 ft tall and mostly struggles while taking you turns and at traffic signal stops otherwise every thing is fine. Further I could lower the seat height by adjusting suspension setup but the service center told me not to do it as the KTM company has set it by keeping balanced setup any changes in it can make it worse and reasult in a accident. I kept it as it is though I am struggling but as time passes I will get accustomed with it and learn the tricks and techniques to control the bike smoothly. I will recommend any below 5.5ft height should avoid choosing KTM bikes. Though below 5.5 ft height guys can drive the bike but its very difficult to cope up. I got a mileage of 40 kmpl on my daily commuits. The bike itself is a Beast. I love what ever i have got from ktm at the price point neglecting the height factor. I really love it.#Get Duked#Ready To Race

  • Excellent value for money motorcycle. This bike is an all rounder for any occasion , be it track days or touring or daily commutes ; this bike carries all the tasks with ease and tonnes of excitement when you twist your wrist. Maintenance is decent, it can feel expensive but the time intervals are at least 10000 Kms or Yearly wise. Cost can go up incase you crash the bike but parts are not too expensive or too cheap , they are always available at the SVCs. A wonderful package still and will not disappoint you if you're considering to get one.

  • Zero parts failure for two years so far. Great torque and responsiveness. My inseam at 840mm is perfect for the seat height. It has no ABS and I thought that would be a great feature to have and felt it should have been standard equipment for the price of the bike. I'm very impressed by the stock mrf tires so i changed to pirelli's after about 250 km.

  • KTM's all bikes designs are very attractive and futuristic. Duke200's engine performance is very good. But the pillion seat is just small. It is not comfortable for dual. It is very good under 200 variant bikes in India. It is very nice bike.
