About Honda Accord

Honda sells its premium Accord saloon in India in its hybrid form at Rs 43.21 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). Every design element of the Accord oozes opulence and luxury, be it automatic LED headlamps and fog lamps or panoramic sunroof with tilt feature. Accord's interiors too reflect a perfect blend of design Elegance and technological superiority. Features like dual-zone automatic climate control, multifunctional steering wheel, plush leather seats, piano black center console and decorative wood finish create an ambience which can easily rival a luxury lounge. Honda Accord Hybrid comes powered by a combination of 2.0-liter i-VTEC petrol engine 1.3 kWh lithium-ion battery pack with a total power output of 215 PS, mated to Electronic continuous variable transmission (E-CVT) and delivering the excellent fuel- efficiency of 23.1 kilometres per litre. The principal competitors of Honda Accord in India are Toyota Camry, Skoda Superb, and Volkswagen Passat among others.

Starting December 2019, Honda is offering an Anytime warranty which can cover the car for up to 10 years and 1.2 lakh km.

Prices for the Honda Accord might be increased from 1st July as Honda has announced a price hike for majority of its models.This is to offset the effects of the price hike of raw materials as well as compliance to new safety regulations that will come into effect from 1st July 2019.The prices are expected to increase byRs 10,000-20,000 depending on the model.
