Rushabh Sheth (29 May 2010 23:54) I bought this car around 3 months back. During the first week, I really loved this car. But then suddenly after the very first week, the cooling dropped to zero. So I went to the skoda service centre. It took them 2 days to figure out whats wrong with the car. After that they gave me a shocking news that some spare parts need to be changed!! It took them 10 days to replace the parts on the disguise that spare parts werent available!! I went to griraj motors gurgaon and no one is ready to listen to me there head service station guy started shouting at me was extremely rude. guys there after sales service is pathetic.
