Mahindra has now upped the ante further for the Verito entry-level sedan by introducing a new top-of-the-line variant called the ‘Executive edition’. The Mahindra Verito Executive edition packs in new equipment and features such as Bluetooth-enabled stereo, touchscreen navigation system, leather upholstery, leather-wrapped steering wheel with matching door inserts and blue vision headlamps. The car also gets a new ‘striking pearl white’ exterior shade along with body decals and executive badging.

Speaking on the launch of the Verito Executive edition, Pravin Shah, Chief Executive, Automotive Division, Mahindra & Mahindra, said, “The Verito Executive edition will add a premium and aspiration quotient to the sedan. Together with the proposition of space and mileage, which the Verito is already known for, this new edition will provide premium interior and exterior features to our customers. The features of the Verito Executive edition have been carefully chosen to meet the increasing customer demand and aspiration for a stylish sedan. This will clearly take the Verito to the next level in terms of style, premium appeal, convenience and comfort.”

The Mahindra Verito Executive edition has been priced at Rs. 7.75 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi) for the 1.5-litre diesel model while the 1.6-litre petrol model is also available in Executive edition trim.

With premium interiors, added equipment and spruced up exteriors, the Mahindra Verito Executive edition should be up to its task of pleasing its customer base, which Mahindra identifies as corporate executives, professionals and businessmen.

The Mahidnra Verito Executive Edition will compete against the likes of the Maruti Suzuki DZire, Ford Classic Titanium and the top models of both diesel and petrol versions of the Tata Manza.
