India Kawasaki Motors has been on an offensive in the Indian two-wheeler market as it launched a slew of high end performance motorcycles. Despite launching a plethora of products back-to-back, one of the biggest challenges for Kawasaki was its dealership and service network that stood at just two dealerships, one in Pune and the other in Delhi. To address this issue, Kawasaki has setup a service center in Navi Mumbai so that Kawasaki owners in Mumbai and nearby location don’t have to travel till Pune to get their motorcycle serviced.
The new Kawasaki service center is located at Shreeji Heights, Sector-46, Palm Beach Road, Navi Mumbai. Although, Kawasaki also retails the Ninja 300 and 650R in our market both the above bikes including the discontinued Ninja 250R will be serviced at the Bajaj service centers alongwith KTM’S. The new Kawasaki service center will be restricted to service only CBU bikes that include the Ninja ZX-10R, ZX-14R, Z1000, Z800 and Ninja 1000.
