Complete with the trademark and iconic red/white racing livery, Yamaha has released a special edition T-Max to celebrate the company's 50 years in motorcycle Grand Prix racing

Celebrating its 50 years in motorcycle grand prix racing, Yamaha has released a special racing livery for its MotoGP team that will be carried on the race0bikes during the Assen GP as well as the US GP at Laguna Seca. Apart from the MotoGP race bikes, the company has also released a special limited edition in the same 50th year celebration colours for its maxi-scooter, the Yamaha T-Max 500. Sadly, the Yamaha T-Max 500cc WGP Replica in special livery will only be limited for the Japanese market.

Yamaha has said nothing about how many numbers of the T-Max WGP Replica will be produced nor the price of the special edition model in red and white livery has been announced but there is news that Yamaha will also provide a sticker sheet consisting of all MotoGP sponsors like Petronas, Yamalube, etc. Deliveries for the special edition model are expected to commence from July in Japan.
