WABCO-TVS (India) Limited to be renamed as WABCO INDIA LIMITED

A tier one supplier of original aftermarket equipment supplier to commercial vehicles industry, WABCO-TVS (India) Limited, has now been taken over by Sundaram-Clayton Holdings Limited and has been given the approval for the name change by the Registrar of Companies.

We are also passionate about contributing to WABCO’s continued global success through our unique engineering capabilities, broad range of technologies, network of local suppliers, and more than 7,000 distribution outlets nationally for product support and other aftermarket services,” said Mr. P. Kaniappan, Whole–time Director, WABCO INDIA LIMITED.

Adding to this, on the occasion, Mr. Jacques Esculier, WABCO Chairman and Chief Executive Officer said, “A well-anchored market leader, WABCO INDIA is highly awarded by customers for quality and innovation while also internationally recognized for world class manufacturing.”

WABCO INDIA designs, manufactures and markets conventional braking products, advanced braking systems and other equipments for commercial vehicles.
