Maruti launches Monsoon Fit Check campaign

Maruti aims to educate its customers on periodic maintenance of vehicles to ensure their safety in monsoon

The carmaker has kickstarted its Monsoon Fit Check campaign for Maruti customers across all its 3,500 workshops across the country. Under the tag line of ‘Be Aware of safety and Complete car care’, the campaign will run across all Maruti Suzuki workshops in over 1,450 towns and cities across the country till the end of monsoon season.

Through this campaign the customer service representatives will educate its customers about periodic maintenance of vehicles. They will also recommend the car parts that should be changed or replaced so that its Maruti customers have a hassle-free monsoon. Apart from the car check-up the car manufacturer will also provide wiper kits to its customers at discounted price.

Commenting on the campaign, Pankaj Narula, Executive Director, Maruti Suzuki, said, “Maruti Suzuki is committed towards high quality customer service which yields top vehicle performance and safety. The monsoon season is just one of the several opportunities to connect, engage and educate on importance of vehicle maintenance and safety. With ‘Monsoon Fit check-up’ we expect to target our large customer base and provide them with the maximum benefit and services. Such campaigns also help us drive in customers who may have been little in active in getting their Maruti Suzuki cars serviced regularly.”

Maruti Suzuki claims that it has organised over 6,300 customer connect camps through which it has connected with over 2,50,000 customers. The carmaker has also developed cost effective periodic maintenance kits to strengthen its relations with its customers.
