Toyota has launched its first Toyota Express Service (TES) outlet in India. TES is designed to offer car servicing to its customers in a very short time. Launched as a pilot project at Galaxy Toyota, New Delhi, the TES outlets are planned to be opened at key metro cities, with Bangalore following close on the heels, the company said.

TES would exclusively accommodate the well known Express Maintenance 60 (EM60) concept which has been well received by customers in India. It aims at increasing customer satisfaction and retention by ensuring quality service in substantially curtailed turnaround time with the help of sophisticated equipment, perfect ergonomics, synchronizing processes and eliminating stagnation amidst them.

The concept of TES was conceived keeping in mind the customer's needs so that the customer can spend quality time relaxing at the facility while the vehicle gets serviced, thus duly valuing the time of the customer. The new Toyota Express Service outlet is conveniently located within very close proximity to a full fledged Toyota dealership which supports the TES with parts and other paraphernalia as required.

Toyota has also introduced dry washing technology at TES to clean the vehicle body. This renders better appearance to the vehicle post cleaning than the conventional water wash at no additional cost to the customer. Sandeep Singh, deputy managing director, TKM, said, "Given the importance of time, it is our aim is to provide the best quality services to our customers in the shortest time span through Toyota's Express Services."
