Toyota launches Express service outlet in Bangalore

Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM) has inaugurated its first ever TES facility called the Ravindu Toyota Express Service outlet in southern India in Bangalore. TKM claims that its Bangalore facility will help to reduce the turn around time of servicing a Toyota vehicle with its EM60 concept without compromising on the quality.

The EM60 concept is conceived keeping in mind the customer’s needs so that the customer can spend quality time relaxing at the facility while the vehicle gets serviced. This new outlet is located nearby a Toyota dealership which will provide the TES with parts and other paraphernalia as required.

Toyota has also introduced Eco Washing technology at its Bangalore facility to clean the vehicle body without levying any additional cost on its customers. The automaker claims that the vehicle reflects a better appearance post an eco wash rather than the conventional water wash.

This new outlet sprawls a good 10,000 sq ft and has four express maintenance bays. According to TKM this express service facility will be able to churn out 45 car units in a day. This Bangalore facility is Toyota’s second express servicing outlet in India. The carmaker had first launched the TES facility in Delhi last December. TKM has plans to further expand this service facility to other key cities in India in near future.
