To celebrate the completion of its first decade in the Indian market, Skoda launched its 'Skoda Celebration' campaign with special offers across all of Skoda's carlines

Known for its elegant designs and superior technology, the roots of the Skoda brands date back to the late 1800’s and since then the Czech brand has leaped to international automotive success thanks to its strategic mergers, the biggest and most profitable of which was its merger with German auto giant Volkswagen AG in the year 2000.

Coming into India three years before its parent company Volkswagen, Škoda quickly gained momentum in the Indian automotive space with the introduction of its first compact sedan offering, the Octavia. Seeing the overwhelming response to its competitive sedan then, the Czech car maker kept its momentum in India alive through strategic expansion of dealerships and introduction of new models across multiple segments.

10 years down the road, Skoda Auto India today has one of the largest authorized dealer networks spread across 81 dealerships (73 dealership + boutique showroom) and has done well in maintaining its identity as a reliable car brand in India.

To celebrate the completion of its first decade in the Indian market, Skoda launched its ‘Škoda Celebration’ campaign with special offers across all of Škoda’s carlines. Skoda’s current manufacturing plant in India is located in Shendra near Aurangabad, is spread across 300,000 sq. mt.
