Ranbir and his red little Cadillac in Anjaana Anjaani

Some call him the hottest talent in town; some call him as the most eligible bachelor in the industry; for some he has the same charisma like that of Amitabh Bachchan and for the rest his dimples and innocent eyes do all the magic. Yes, the heartthrob of Gen Y—Ranbir Kapoor has a competitor!

This red little Cadillac has the entire story revolving around it and plays an important part in the movie's plot. And guess what? Reportedly, the entire cast and crew of the flick had started getting so much attached to the car, that by the end of the shooting schedule, Blush became the biggest star in the flick! But did our star become unnoticed? No way!

Whether it was his towel shot in Saawariya, his playboy act in Bachna Hai Haseeno, a spoilt brat in Wake up Sid, a happy-go-lucky guy in Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani or a New York City boy in his latest flick Anjaana Anjaani; each of his characters were flamboyant and have left a mark in our minds. And not to forget each of these characters had some stylish cars backing them.

Not only in his reel life, the star in his real life too has some hot cars. Recently he gifted his dad Rishi Kapoor, a car worth Rs. 90 lakh, and not to forget his endorsement for Nissan's Micra. Ranbir has been chosen as the brand ambassador for Nissan's hatchback Micra.

"It is an honour and privilege to be associated with Nissan, which is a leading global automotive brand. I have been a great admirer of Nissan cars during my days spent in Europe. Some of their cars like the GTR, 370Z, which has been introduced in India are all iconic products. I am happy to know that Nissan is very serious and committed to their plans for India and they have an exciting range of products lined up beginning with the new Nissan Micra. The Micra is a class-defining product," said Ranbir.

Flashback: It has been reported in many tabloids, that the director of the flick Anjaana Anjaani, Siddharth Anand, who is an avid lover of cars in real life too, wanted a very classy car for the flick. After having gone through innumerable cars, he set his eyes on this particular car, which was a Cadillac, called Blush, and was as cute as its name and its driver too.
