Polaris celebrates first anniversary in India
To mark its anniversary, Polaris hosted an off-roading event

The fleet of Polaris Rangers and Sportsman ATVs even managed to scare off some cows off our path. Off the road, the Polaris Ranger RZR comes into its own. Its adjustable Dual A-Arm suspension up front and independent rear suspension cushioned the sharp bumps on the rocky path. The suspension irons out everything and even huge boulders were taken in stride.
Carry decent speed into a corner and give it a bootful and the RZR kicks out its rear wheels even in four-wheel drive! Apply the right amount of steering correction and you can go into an awesome powerslide. Thanks to the anti-lock brakes, even on loose gravel the wheels manage to find enough traction and bring the vehicle to a halt without drama.
We headed deeper into the bush on narrow paths, traversing potholes, mud, and deep water that flooded the passenger compartment but drained out quickly. Steep inclines and hillocks, the Ranger RZR tackled with ease thanks to its short wheelbase and long travel suspension without bottoming out.
Polaris vehicles are tailor-made for off-roading is my verdict after my experience with the Polaris Ranger RZR, a must for off-road enthusiasts.
