Parx Super Car Show on Sunday

It’s not every day that one gets to see a supercar blasting down the streets of Mumbai. It isn’t that there aren’t many supercars in Mumbai but because of the traffic infested roads it doesn’t make much sense for the owners to bring out their prized possessions under daylight as they don’t get an opportunity to experience even half the potential of their machines. Owing to this fact many supercar owners come out for a drive late nights or early dawn, when the streets are relatively empty. Due to this fact, many auto aficionados don’t get an opportunity to witness their favourite supercars in action and to address this fact, the Parx Super Car Show has been organized.

The Super Car Show (SCC) is the brainchild of GautamSinghania, who himself is a petrolhead and owns a fleet of these mean machines. The idea of this event is to keep the supercars on display so that auto enthusiasts can soak in their beautiful and stunning designs and later to drive them around so that an average Mumbaikar gets a chance to witness these cars in action with their rapturous exhaust notes in the background. The exact amount of cars participating is a surprise but we feel it would be easily more than 50 and supercars from the stables of Ferrari, Lamborghini, Maserati, Porsche, Bentley and Rolls-Royce are expected. So all the petrolheads in Mumbai, you know where to head tomorrow for some eye candy tomorrow.
