Like most of the other major automobile manufacturer, Nissan too has a surprise up its sleeve, that it shall unveil at this year's Frankfurt Motor Show. According to reports, the surprise car in question would be most likely be the next generation X-Trail. Nissan had released a teaser image of the car and one can make out from it that it would feature LED lights similar to the Hi-Cross concept that was seen at the 2012 Geneva Motor Show.
Apart from the SUV other highlight would be the European debut of the Friend-Me concept. The Friend-Me concept according to Nissan showcases the future design language of the manufacturer with a basic intention of wooing the future generation of consumers. Apart from the stunning exteriors, the car boasts four seats with multi-screen infotainment for the passengers on the inside.
Also to help its customers customize their cars according to their personal taste, Nissan would be starting a new personalisation programme. Till now the programme was available only on the Juke range but Nissan now plans to add the new Note and Micra under this initiative. As part of it buyers can have an array of accessories and colour options to choose from to spec their car. Nissan would also launch a dedicated online 3D configurator that offers buyers the opportunity to preview their dream design through every possible angle.
