MyTVS introduces new interactive web Platform

The new web platform aims at offering complete information on car care, 24x7 emergency services membership and paves an easy way to identify and book the available MyTVS workshop slots from its 67 service outlets across the country
Getting the right juice on regular maintenance and up keep of our vehicle can often be a daunting task when personal work schedules are tight and local garages choose to shut shop at the close of day. However, for those looking to reap the benefits of the online customer support and assistance, MyTVS recently launched its new interactive web-platform www.mytvs.in with a new look and feel carved into it.
To make the online portal more customer focused and interactive, the company introduced new interactive components and social frameworks to stay engaged with consumers seeking daily car maintenance tips, offers and merchandizing from MyTVS.
Here visitors can gain access to complete information on car care, 24x7 emergency services membership and moreover book a slot from any of the 67 MyTVS service outlets across the country. The corporate and individual customers of MyTVS can also book popular service packages through the new website.
Commenting on the launch of the new web platform, Mr. R. Srivatchan, President, TVS Automobile Solutions said, “The idea of this new website is to simplify the web navigation process and market our business as aggressively as possible. In the months to come, more enhancements are being planned to position the platform as an integrated social commerce platform for car enthusiasts to plan, opine, seek and buy car related services.”
Through this newly reinstated online automotive platform, users can create their online profiles, participate in forums related to car care and maintenance, post questions related to car care, car breakdown assistance or workshop techniques that are being used at all the state-of-the-art MyTVS workshops. MyTVS has also launched a Social Media program on its web-platform and on the Facebook fan page.
