The Mahindra Navistar Transport Excellence awards seek to identify and congratulate individuals, groups and organisations who have worked towards the benefit of the Indian transport sector

Back in the year 2005 Mahindra & Mahindra and International Truck and Engine Corporation (the operating company of Navistar) entered into a joint venture to manufacture light, medium and heavy commercial vehicles for India as well as global markets.

This year, Mahindra Navistar Automotives Limited (MNAL) organised the first ‘Mahindra Navistar Transport Excellence Awards 2011’ to honour noticeable personalities of the Indian transportation industry. These awards recognised and rewarded Outperformance, Excellence, Innovation and Change Leadership in the Transport Ecosystem.
